Capitol Macintosh is a 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to educating both members and the public on ways to maximize their experiences with Apple computers, iPhones, iPods, and iPads. Put simply, CapMac is friends helping friends learn about Macs.

Founded in July 1993, CapMac is an officially recognized users group. Current membership is over 200. We strive to make sure CapMac offers benefits to power users and novices alike, and everyone in between. The group works with schools, non-profit organizations and others, providing training and technical expertise when asked. In addition to a monthly general meeting featuring a speaker on relevant topics, CapMac sponsors several special interest groups (SIGs) that meet monthly for free training in specialized areas.

CapMac members share a passion for the wonderful machine that has brought such a positive influence to our lives. We welcome everyone no matter what their level of computer expertise.
